What should be the basic salary structure for a Sales profile employee getting Rs. 35000 per month in a Gurgaon based Pvt. Ltd company?

Hello,
Please clarify first about deductions in your organization. If there would be no deductions like PF or any other, then you may use:
Basic Salary: 17500 (50% of CTC)
HRA: 8750 (50% of Basic)
Medical Allowance: 1250 (Fixed)
Travelling Allowance: 1600 (Fixed)
Special Allowance: 5900 (Balance)
If there will be a deduction of PF, then please calculate it at 12% on the basic salary. TDS should be calculated at 10%.
