Due to certain reasons and pressure, I left that job and joined another company as an HR generalist. Personally, I consider myself a hard-working, talented, and motivated individual. In the first post, you say that you are good at motivating people. However, later in the same post, you mention that you are not a team player and prefer working individually. How can those who work alone motivate others? Furthermore, in the second post, you write that you want to start your own business. A person who prefers working alone and admits to not being a team player—can they be fit to be an entrepreneur?
The positive aspect of your first post is that you have identified your weaknesses. However, a small amount of self-awareness is not sufficient. You need to take feedback from those who are close to you and find out whether you have an entrepreneurial mindset or not. To do business, one needs to understand the market and customers very well. Have you understood that?
Lastly, you may take a psychometric test to gain insight into your personality. This will help you in removing your confusion.
