I worked in XXX MNC for 11 months and then joined another YYY MNC; it's been nearly 5 years with the company. Now I have received an offer from ZZZ company. How will the background check (BGC) happen for XXX MNC company? I don't have any contacts or email IDs of anyone there, except for payslips and a Termination Letter citing fake and fabricated documents. Please help me by providing suggestions regarding this.

At this juncture, if your second company (YYY MNC) has not conducted a background check (BGC) with your first company or received positive feedback from them, the involvement of the (ZZZ MNC) third company in conducting a BGC with the first company is not relevant. The BGC with the second company becomes pivotal in this situation. I can assure you that you should remain positive about the issue, considering the five years of unblemished service you have provided.
