Accessing ESIC Benefits
1. Sir, you cannot access various ESIC benefits solely through the ESIC web portal. Firstly, you are required (if necessary) to contact your ESIS dispensary/hospital, undergo examination, receive medical treatment, and obtain certification from an authorized ESIS doctor. Subsequently, you must submit your ESIS certificates to the appropriate ESIC Branch Office. In some instances or locations, the ESIS dispensary automatically forwards such certificates to the relevant ESIC Branch Offices.
2. Upon receiving the medical certificates, the aforementioned ESIC Branch Office will assess your eligibility and disburse the cash benefits either through online bank transactions or in cash, depending on the prevailing practices in the area.
