Dear Anonymous, the profile/job role for questioning in administration, induction, orientation, payroll, recruitment, and policy-making shall, by and large, remain the same for the manufacturing industry, IT, BPO, service sectors, etc. In general, the only differentiation could be pay packages, which vary from industry type to industry. You can certainly be guided by the candidate's previous experience, as suggested by the seniors here. Questions on employee management and IR can be prepared with a separate set of questions for these roles.
