Hi,
I worked with a private company for more than 8 years as a branch manager. I resigned with one month's notice period as I was not satisfied with the work situation and workload. I am looking for a change if I get a good opportunity. I have experience in handling office cash properly. However, my company terminated me with immediate effect on the grounds of a breach of the bond agreement. Please let me know if it is acceptable for a company to take such action if anyone is dissatisfied.
Thank you.

Hi,
Please understand, the reason for the breach of contract will not change the conditions of the contract that were laid down in your appointment contract. Please review your appointment contract/bond/appointment letter and check if you have followed the proper conditions as mentioned in the letter or not.
