Decision to Leave Current Organization

I have joined an India-based MNC and, after completing my pre-joining formalities (received the bank account kit, submitted photocopies of identity proofs, and signed a service contract for 15 months), I received an email from an America-based MNC late at night. They offered me a position at my preferred location with a higher salary, starting on the 28th of February 2019. Trust me, the increased pay or location is not the reason for my decision to leave my current organization. The reason is that I don't like the training curriculum at the current organization, so I want to move on.

Concerns About Breach of Contract

I am willing to pay the breach amount of 75,000 rupees to the current organization. My question is, after paying the full breach amount, should I be concerned about being blacklisted by the current organization, considering I uploaded a scanned copy of my NSR IT pin card on their portal? Can I potentially rejoin the current organization in the future?

Seeking Advice for Next Steps

What should be my next step, as I am prepared for a smooth settlement and willing to pay the amount they demand? I would appreciate good suggestions regarding this as soon as possible.

You need to explain the reason why you want to resign and why you feel the training is not good, at least for you. Put it in simple and plain words why you think you cannot move forward without mentioning the payment of the bond amount at this stage. Also, make sure you know what your strategy would be if they are willing to be flexible on the training part or change it the way you prefer. Think along those lines and be ready to answer before sending them an email. Of course, if they accept and do not change, you may consider the next steps as you move forward.

Thanks and Regards
