Casual and/or sick leave are applicable during the probation period as well. To avail CL/SL, please refer to your company's leave policy. You can access the leave application form or update your leave card through your reporting manager or HR manager.

Correct phrase is "entitlement," not "availability."

Now, either you are a factory or an establishment.

Factory: Since CL/SL is not defined under the Factories Act, the entitlement will be governed by the company's leave policy.

Establishment: If CL & SL are mentioned in the applicable Shops Act, the entitlement will be as per the provisions of the Shops Act. If there is no mention of CL/SL, the entitlement will be as per the company's leave policy.
