Hi Seniors,

I have to design a Leave Policy. Please tell me whether it is compulsory to design a leave policy for a Pvt. Ltd. company. Also, please tell me which types of leave we have to give to employees, how many leaves are encashable, and how much leave should be carried forward after completing a calendar year.
