Hi All,

I am working as an HR at a hotel in Mangalore, Karnataka. We have a few employees from other states, and what I need to know is if I include them in ESIC, how can their parents avail the ESIC benefits while residing in another state.

I am waiting for proper guidance. Kindly share your updates.

Dear Sir, kindly clarify Which dispensary address need to be updated in E-pechan card as employee and his parents resides at two different states.

Employers have no role in selecting a dispensary. The system has been abolished, and now treatment is available throughout India. The local office is selected for sickness/leave benefits of the employee. The employee will take all documents to the local office or ESIC dispensary and get them stamped. Thereafter, the documents would be valid for all ESIC dispensaries/hospitals throughout India.
