Hi all,
I was looking for the Induction PowerPoint presentation but only found the same 5-6 points and some boring content. How can we make it more innovative so that employees take interest? Should we include images, especially if we are aiming for a professional presentation? Or should we prioritize a professional look over the use of images?
Kindly provide some suggestions or, if possible, please share some good PowerPoint presentations.
Thanks!

We need to use the concept of adult learning, which means it has to include more pictures/videos/audio. Otherwise, endless slides make it dull and bring forth new hires, irrespective of their level. Preferably, start with an organizational structure followed by company insights in a video that includes global presence, success stories, and policies explained with pictures and audio.
