I joined a private school in July 2014. They started deducting PF from my salary from January 2015 until May 2015. I received Rs. 13,500 per month as salary, but they deducted both parts from my salary, i.e., Rs. 3,050 per month. In July 2015, they transferred me to their new branch where there is no PF deduction.
Now, I want to withdraw my PF, so I talked to the school accountant. I asked about my PF and UAN number, but they gave me only the PF number. For the UAN number, they said it is not generated. Please help me with what to do to get my PF. Can I get my full amount because there is no employer's contribution?

You must be without a job for 2 months to be eligible to withdraw PF. Also, they have paid the employer contribution. In your agreement, you will see they constructed CTC in a way that treats the employer contribution as part of salary, so it makes no difference. Refer to the website below for details on how to generate UAN.
