Dear sir,

I have been working at XXX Infra Ltd from 06/11/2006 to 21/09/2016. The issue I am facing is that the company terminated my employment without providing any information or reason. This is in relation to the project GM gameplan, where I did not support the allegation against me. My clearance is still pending, including:

1) Gratuity
2) PF clearance
3) Relieving letter
4) Lost two months' salary (August, September) and notice period salary as well. Could you please guide me on the next steps to take?

I have already sent emails to HR management, accounts, and all related personnel, but I have not received any responses from anyone.

Your Rights and How to Enforce Them

1) Under the Shops and Establishment Act of your state, you can complain to the labor inspector of your city for the release of pending wages along with a relieving letter.

2) It's your right to receive gratuity. Claim it as provided here: http://www.shramsamadhan.com/p/payme...act-rules.html. If they do not pay, file a complaint with the Controlling Authority of gratuity in your city.

3) If your PF is not submitted correctly, contact your Local PF enforcement officer. They will take care of it.

4) If your bonus is pending, the same labor inspector will help you.
