We are a domestic BPO based out of Hyderabad with a very high turnover. Kindly advise whether the employer can make payments on account of PF and ESI (both employee and employer contributions) without recovery from the employees. I would be thankful for a review and advice.

No, it's not possible. If any employee is drawing basic+DA less than 15000/-, then it's mandatory. Even if above 15000/-, it's mandatory if the employee is already an EPF member in the same organization or other organizations.

Yes it is possible but the documentations should be in accordance. You should ensure the proper documentations related to the same properly.
