I am working as an HR & Admin Manager with a CA Firm based in Pune. I am responsible for the HR & Admin functions at the regional office. The total manpower strength is 20 employees. I have to create performance appraisal formats for our company.
As it's a CA Firm, some employees are also completing their articleship within the company. We work in various industries such as manufacturing and automotive. Therefore, my director requires an assignment performance appraisal form format to analyze the performance of employees based on the assignments they have undertaken. I kindly request suggestions for assignment performance appraisal formats that align with our director's requirements.
