New Company Owners: Are You Really Exempt from Provident Fund Compliance for Three Years?


I have started a pvt ltd company one year back....Is a new organisation exempted from meeting PF compliance for three years...Is this true?

Hi,

No, that's a wrong statement. If your organization reaches 20 employees, then it's mandatory for EPF enrollment. Even if the total employee strength is less than 20, you can opt for Voluntary Enrollment.
