Dear HR Professionals,

I joined a logistics firm as a Management Trainee in HR & Admin in March 2015. During my time there, I learned about administrative activities and some HR & IR activities. I am eager to introduce new innovative ideas in HR, but I am unsure about what to implement. Could anyone suggest some innovative ideas for me to implement in HR? The firm has 120 on-role employees and 2500 off-role employees (contractors).

Dear GP,

If you are a management trainee, to whom do you report? If it's the HR Manager, would it be fair to implement something new without their consent? Secondly, we need to understand the HR practices followed in your company. Otherwise, what we suggest might already be in place. Lastly, you require support from top management as well. Nevertheless, feel free to call me. Let's determine if you can introduce something new.
