Hi, I was working with a barista in 2006. I left the company without any resignation period after 18 months. Now my problem is that the HR (Pooja) is not supporting the withdrawal of my PF. How can I withdraw my PF without company attestation and stamp? Kindly help me.

There is a procedure for PF withdrawal where employer signature is not necessary. This is a recent step taken by Hon'ble GOI. First, go through this link for more information: [EPF withdrawal made simple - No sign required from Employer](http://www.jagoinvestor.com/2015/12/epf-withdrawal-process-forms.html). This is a well-written article with clear steps to obtain your PF money.

Approach the Nearest PF Office
Please approach the nearest PF office; they will assist you. If you know your PF number, that is sufficient to obtain the necessary information at the PF office.
Consider Transferring Your PF
I suggest not withdrawing the PF amount, as you have worked in the company for a considerable number of years. It is better to transfer the PF amount to your new company, which will help you accumulate your PF. Additionally, if you complete 10 years of service, you become eligible for a pension. If you withdraw your PF now, you will have to start contributing afresh, losing considerable service time, which will not be counted towards the pension.
Benefits of Continuing Your PF
Hence, I suggest you continue your PF by providing your PF number to your new company. This way, you can enjoy benefits like a pension, insurance, and a family pension after death.

Yes, D Subbarao, you are right. As per the new announcement, for PF withdrawal, attestation of the employer is no longer required. However, your KYC must be updated with the previous employer; else, you need to submit 3-4 documents in support of your identity and genuineness.
