Salary Payment Issues
Our employer is not paying our salary for the months of October, November, and December, which are in the queue. When we ask, we receive excuses for 3 or 4 days. Now, we have lost hope that he will pay us, so we have decided to write a letter to him, signed by all the employees.

We are writing this letter as the staff members of "COLORCITY HOMES PVT. LTD." We regret to bring to your kind notice that our salary for the month of November was delayed for a month. Some of us did not receive the full salary for October 2015 either. Now, December 2015 salary is due in the same queue. This has caused all of us significant hardship as we find it difficult to meet our financial responsibilities. We understand that there is some problem, which is why the crediting was delayed. However, we hope that the problem will be fixed. All staff have their day-to-day expenses, bills, conveyance, etc., that need to be paid, and they do not want to delay these payments any further, as they have already been delayed. We hope that you will take action on this as soon as possible. Otherwise, we will not be able to put our efforts and caliber towards our work for the company. Please credit all staff salaries to our payroll accounts.

Very tragic that your employer is not paying salary on time and causing financial problems. You can jointly approach the labor commissioner of the area. Depending on your salary, action under the Payment of Wages Act can now be initiated. Lastly, the remedy of filing a suit under Order XXXVII of CPC can be considered. However, continue going to the office and marking attendance. Seek legal advice and act jointly.

I would suggest that you immediately look for a new job.
Real estate developers are a pretty shameless bunch. And they also don't care about your threat of complaining to the labor commissioner.
In any case, most of them have huge cash flow problems, and it's doubtful that you will get your money.
