Hi team, please give me some suggestions for the scenario below.
Presently, I am working at Accenture India. I have gone through the appraisal formalities and am expecting hike and hot skill bonus letters by the last week of November 15. However, I resigned from Accenture on November 1st, 2015, and I am joining a new organization. I am ready to serve a 90-day notice period, expecting my last working day to be February 1st, 2016.
Will I receive my appraisal and hot skill bonus letters? Is there any clause that employees serving a notice period are not eligible to receive appraisal letters and hikes? Please let me know if anyone has faced this kind of situation.
Thanks.

Narenderreddyt - Appraisal conducted prior to resignation, so it is legal for the firm to grant it. In light of the resignation, the firm may decide to withhold a promotion but will have to pay the bonus (including hotskill bonus) unless they prove you are not eligible.
Recommend you discuss with your HR/ER team in an even fashion; better chance that you'll get both letters (and payout) with F&F settlement.

Question Regarding Appraisal and Bonus
My question is, will I still receive my appraisal and hot skill bonus letters? Is there any clause stating that employees serving the notice period are not eligible to receive appraisal letters and hikes? Please let me know if anyone has faced a similar situation.
Thanks

Why should the company increase your salary once it knows you are leaving them? Increment is given for good performance for retaining talent and employee satisfaction. It is not legally binding for the company to do so.
In the case of a bonus, if you are eligible, it will be mandatory to pay you that, and gratuity also if you have completed 5 years. But it is better if you discuss with HR for your increment as they are the best person to guide you as per company policy.

To pay a performance bonus/incentive to an employee who has submitted their resignation depends on company policy, and policies differ from company to company. Philosophically, the concept of a performance bonus is to reward an individual for their contribution against the targeted results/goals. However, the subtle objective of a performance bonus is also to provide motivation to the individual to sustain/improve performance year on year.
Conclusion: Check the policy or practice that is being followed at Accenture.
Best of luck,

Organizational Values and Employee Benefits
It depends on the values of the organization. In my company, even if an employee has resigned and left the company, the performance bonus is prorated and given to the ex-employee as and when it is announced. The increment is always announced on March 31st, effective April 1st. If an employee has resigned before March 31st, then he would not get the increment. But if he resigns on any day after April 1st, then his increment is given because the increment letter has been rolled out on March 31st. We honor the commitment that is given in the increment letter.
Despite being a manufacturing sector organization, which is highly dependent on machines, our management is extremely ethical to its employees and believes that our ex-employees must be the ambassadors of the organization.
