Dear Experts,
Our company has advised me to put numbers on employees' uniforms for easy identification when sending them to the laundry. I would appreciate your advice on how and where to place the numbering on the uniforms or any other methods for easy identification.

On the collar you can write their employee code which would be easy for identification. Their are many ways for identification like on the corner of the shirt on the back can print their names .

You must have issued some unique numbers to those employees. Print those numbers under the collar or anywhere else, where they cannot be identified from far but can be distinguished from a closer look. Avoid printing them as seen on the back of the tee-shirts of cricketers.

Hello Sundar,
Please follow the standard Armed Services norms and print or etch the employee numbers INSIDE the collars. This ensures that the numbers are located inside the collar, touching the neck of the wearer when worn. Even if excess ink is applied by mistake, it won't show outside.
Typically, indelible or cloth inks are used that do not wear away easily after just a few washes.
