In an interview, I was asked, "What do you mean by Employee Engagement?" Also, do you think that the games and activities organized by management keep the employees engaged? I was not able to understand. Kindly suggest a good answer for this.

However, it would be considered spoon-feeding to recommend something specific from either this forum or another website. Moving beyond spoon-feeding, one cannot truly grow even with spade-feeding.
