I have been working as an HR Executive for 9 months, and I come from an IT background. However, at that time, I didn't have much knowledge about languages, so because of that reason, I joined the HR field. But now, I am getting confused about whether I am going the right way or if I should move back to my IT field.

One must have a passion for the work being done, be it HR or IT. You have to make up your mind whether IT or HR is your field where you want to work and excel. The best way for a bright future is to be fully involved in your job, learn new skills, and techniques of the chosen field.
