Hello all, I'm currently pursuing a PGDBA from Symbiosis Pune through distance learning. I would like to inquire about the future prospects for someone with a PGDBA specializing in HRM. I am keen on securing a job and am actively searching for opportunities. Could you please suggest what kind of job would be most suitable for me? I am feeling a bit confused, so any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

Anamika,
Nowadays, the job market is booming, and HR personnel are required everywhere, so your decision is very right. So don't think too much, but pursue PGDBA carefully and honestly as it really pays off. I am also undertaking PGDBA distance learning in Operations Management.
Best of Luck,
Vivek Sharma

Hi,
I read your email. I think you are right. But Vivek, please tell me if you are currently employed. If so, could you let me know which company you work for and what position you hold? I am currently working in Ahmedabad as an administration professional, but I am uncertain about it as I am an outsider. I am originally from Delhi and have no knowledge of Gujarati. However, I am willing to put in my best effort. Please advise if Human Resources (HR) would be a suitable career path for me as I am planning to enroll in a one-year HR regular course next year. Also, can you share where you are pursuing your Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) from?
Thank you.
