Hi all, my notice period is 2 months, and I submitted my resignation on 3rd Feb 2015. Calculating 2 months from 3rd Feb 2015 lands on 3rd April 2015 as my last day at the organization. It has been over a month since I submitted my resignation, but my manager has not yet confirmed my last working day.

Can My Manager Extend My Notice Period?

Can my manager force me to stay beyond the official notice period? Please help and do reply.

Thanks in advance.

Hi All, Also let me know whether they can stop me by any unnecessary reasons like no alternate resource available, handover is remaining, something like that. Thanks in advance.
