Hi,

I have been terminated from the company because of a problem in my background check. Without any prior notice, I was sent out. When I asked for an experience certificate, they were not ready to provide it. Because of this, I am facing difficulties in getting a new job. Many companies require an experience letter or relieving letter, even though I have payslips. Due to this issue, my new job offers are getting canceled. Please guide me.

Thank you.

Better is to go and meet HR personally and communicate your problem, and try to convince them. Keep on trying, and if you have contact details of management, contact them and explain the issue. If they don't get convinced, at the end, ask them to provide the service certificate which is as per law. Otherwise, you can approach the Labour officer and raise an Industrial Dispute.

Even I was forced to resign when I was at IDBI Federal Life Insurance, but when I spoke with the HR department, the matter was sorted out. However, it also depends on your relationship with HR personnel. So, I request you to personally talk to the HR department.
