I really want to say one thing, sir, that I am not looking for any spoon-feeding. I have not received these types of emails in my career, so I am really confused about drafting it. Whenever I tried to do it, I was afraid that I might sound proud or arrogant in informing others that I have been assigned to another department. As others said, it would be professional if the management sends this information to employees, but in my case, I was asked by my management to inform all the employees about this change.
