If your salary is more than Rs. 15,000, you cannot avail of ESIC benefits. In that case, if the company has medical insurance, it can help you; otherwise, you have to bear your own expenses.

Suggestion for Medical Insurance

It is suggested to take out a general insurance policy as it can support you.

No. The company need to bear the all the medical expenses in case of any occupational hazard or any injury in & due course of employment ( ie., while on duty). Regards - kamesh

As always, please specify the actual act your company falls under and where it is located. There is no specific law that mandates companies or businesses to provide medical benefits to their employees.
