I'm working as an HR executive in an IT company. It's a startup firm, so I'm the only one responsible for creating all documentation, ranging from HR policies to exit forms. Can anyone guide me on how to create all this documentation work?

Please clarify the size of the organization. What documents do you need to prepare? Provide information on the nature of resources available, including On-Roll employees, Contract employees, and Consultants. Do you want to create all necessary formats from manpower sourcing to the exit process?
