Government Circulars on Passport Documentation
I am attaching two circulars issued by the Government:
1. Circular dated 30.7.2014 advising that now a registered rent agreement will be accepted as valid proof of address for a passport.
2. Circular dated 5.8.2014 advising that now self-attested documents will be accepted (originals to be produced later) for a passport.
