Please help me out. What are the types of PF forms (according to PF rules) that should be filled by an employer for an employee, from the start of their job until they resign? Can anyone provide me with a detailed description?

Hi Vijay,

Please note the Form No. of PF:

Form No. 2: Nomination & Declaration Form (On the New joining)

Form No. 3A: Per Month contribution

Form No. 13: For Transfer of PF from the previous employer to the new employer

Form No. 31: For advance (for Home loan, Marriage, etc.)

Form No. 10 C, 19, 5, 10 & 3A for withdrawal of PF

hi, for annual returns we use Form -6A(Revised) & Form 3A (Revised). Please let me know for half-yearly returns do use the same form? regards Rajee
