Hi,

This is a kind request to the wonderful people here. Can you suggest how I could define an objective in the resume and on what basis I can determine if an objective is good or bad? Please help, and thanks in advance.

Hi,

I can probably help you define your objective, but would need more details to assist in this process. Are you willing to share this information? If so, let me know, and then we can work on it together.

Take care.

Hi C K Vamsi,

"This is a kind request to the wonderful people here. Can you suggest how I could define an objective in the resume and on what basis I can determine if an objective is good or bad? Please help, and thanks in advance.

Objective in the resume should be defined in the following manner:
- Specific to the role you want to pursue
- Brief - after all, brevity is the soul of wit
- It should be linked or justified by the profile mentioned in the resume
- Should display action rather than a wishlist

Good or bad? If it helps you get the job you want!!

Cheers,

Hi,

The objective is for a position of Facility Manager, and as usual, there are lots of resumes to screen. What would be the best way of shortlisting, and how can we identify resumes that were written by professional resume writers?

Please help me.

Thanks in advance.
