Hi, I have 7 years of experience in IT. I recently joined a top MNC, and my background verification (BGV) failed due to some past experience at a small company. Now, they have asked me to resign and will only provide a relieving letter, no service certificate. It is unfortunate that small companies exist, and other people's BGVs are getting cleared.

Future Considerations for Wipro Experience

Should I include this Wipro experience in the future, or what should I do? Please suggest.

Regards

Please help me with your suggestions and directions , it seems to be difficult to get a job with a remark in relieving letter as 'misrepresentation of facts'

Hi, can anybody suggest any ideas apart from taking legal action against Wipro? If I decide to pursue legal action, can anybody help me with relevant contacts? Thanks in advance.

Could you actually tell what happened exactly in your case? What is the name of the company that asked you to resign? Have you already joined that company, and later on, they asked you to resign? Was it your first company, and at what point did the background check turn red?
