Dear Shruti,
First of all, I want to inform you that you should not have left the company without obtaining your relieving letter and experience letter. I advise you to contact your previous employer and request these documents from them. If they refuse to provide them, you can escalate the matter to the Director of the company or any authorized personnel. If the issue remains unresolved, you may consider seeking assistance from the Labour Commissioner (ALC) in your area and explain the entire situation.
Please let me know if you need any further guidance or assistance.
Thank you.

Are you working in a factory or an office?
In most cases, the law states that the full and final settlement needs to be done within 30 days. Out of that, the amount due for salary/wages must be paid within 2 working days from the date of termination. The law is silent on the matter of delays in the issuance of a relieving letter.
