Escalation Matrix Format
The Escalation matrix format was created (drafted by me); I am working as an "HR cum ADMIN Executive." I would like to share this with you. "Escalation" is the format for new employees and for employees already working. The main aim of this "Escalation matrix" is to guide employees in resolving their daily activities/queries with the concerned HR or Manager to avoid disturbing the DIRECTOR with every minute aspect.
