I am working in a BPO, but our organization is an ISO 9001:2008 certified BPO. We are involved in Medical Billing for US processes. However, for the past year, all employees have not received their payslips. Can I file a case against our HR and manager as they are only providing vague answers?

I am sure, since you are an ISO company, will have no reason to issue your Payslip. Speak to your HOD and HR to sort out this issue. I hope, there will not be any major reason to issue the payslip

Thank you for your kind reply to my question. However, the issue is that despite our numerous requests, she continues to provide vague and evasive answers. We have reached a point where we are frustrated with having to ask her repeatedly. Please advise on the best course of action, as I am considering a job change.

Why you are stopping with HR Manager, as you have reminded her quite no of times. Brought the issue before her boss and get a solution,

Thank you for your valuable suggestion. However, the issue is that ours is a small BPO. Here, our HR and Accounts Manager are saying they are working on it. Another concern is that there has been no PF deduction for any of us for one year in our organization.
I receive my salary credited to the bank. I have my increment letter and appointment letter, but in all organizations, they ask for our payslips. So, I am considering taking this matter to court. Please suggest, can I file a case against our HR?

Hi Samuel, it is compulsory for every registered company to provide payslips. If you have not been receiving your payslips, then you are entitled to report the issue to the highest authority in your company (only if you have not received a satisfactory response from your immediate and/or senior authorities). Go ahead and report the issue. They cannot stop you since it is legal.
As far as keeping a record of the money drawn each month, you can always take a printout of the bank statement and present it to anyone who is asking for it.
Hope this helps.
