I have been working with a private bank for the last 1 year and 8 months, and I am a confirmed employee. I have recently received a job offer from another bank, but they require me to join immediately. When I approached the HR department for a solution, they did not provide any assistance but instead informed me that I must serve a mandatory three-month notice period.

Is There Any Alternative Solution to My Current Predicament?

You should clearly communicate with your new employer that you are bound to serve a three-month notice period in your current company. If you are indispensable, your new employer may either wait until your relieving date or compensate you for the notice period.
