Please collect Form No. 19 & 10C from the PF Department. Read all the notes on the forms, and you will find your answers. If the company has closed, there is no need for the employer's signature. Just verify whether your company has deposited the PF amount or not.

Contact the accounts officer of your company at EPF; they will guide you on how to proceed.

Thank you.

PF Withdrawal from a Closed Concern

First of all, you need to confirm if your previous employer is still alive. Most likely, they have their company's seal at their residence. Initially, try to contact your previous employer to obtain the attestation in Form 19 & 10C. In the event that your previous employer is no longer available, confirm this and proceed to get the claim forms from your bank manager to submit to EPFO. Additionally, make a representation to the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner and submit a petition. They will surely provide assistance. You can also reach out to the Accounts Officer of EPFO for the same information.

Furthermore, check your EPF balance on the website. This will help you determine whether your previous employer has deposited the PF collections.

Please follow these steps diligently to facilitate the PF withdrawal process.

Thank you.
