I am starting a new venture and am stuck on naming it. It's a recruitment firm. If possible, the name should convey the following: initiative, uniqueness, and determination. If not, that's also fine.

Hi, this is my first post, and let it start by helping others.
If you are really serious about naming, there are many sites where you can start a naming competition with your required rules, pay some money for it, and receive over 100 entries. You can then choose the best names you want and select the winner. I don't think CiteHR site rules will allow me to share the link, so just search the internet, and you will find it.

You already have a few good suggestions. Naming a company is a brainstorming activity. List out your different names no matter how outrageous they may sound. You can use two words or three to make up the name. Try using your initials as the base, then try to develop your tagline by using relevant words with your initials and forming a phrase from these words.
For example, the work you would do might involve locating, evaluating, and placing people, so you could use LAP as the first word. Then, add "People" since your work revolves around people, and the final word could be "Consulting." This results in LEP People Consulting. You can also change the first word to LEAP. Try out various combinations, and you will come up with a good name.
Your Taglines Could Be:
- Locate Evaluate Place
- We Turnaround your Skills
- The Right Job for the Right People
Hope you find a good name.

The suggestion you have given does not sound good. I did not like the word "evaluate."
