Hi Friends, I am an Admin Manager in a C.A. Firm, and I would like to pursue my PGDBA. However, I am unsure about which specialization to choose. I have narrowed down my options to Operational Management and HR. Your views will help me make a decision and guide me.
Thank you.

I really appreciate your reply. I have over seven years of work experience and close to two years of experience as a Team Leader for a call center. I wanted to switch to the corporate sector and hence took this opportunity to become an Admin Manager. I am confused as to which specialization to choose. Should I choose MHRD or Operations Management, as I have close to two years of work experience in operations?

If you have time, go to your institution and ask them for a copy of the SYLLABUS for both courses. By going through it, you'll know exactly what you like and dislike. Don't be afraid to ask for all such material before taking admission; you have every right to get information. I think only the syllabus can remove big confusion. I can suggest to you, but it will be based on my preferences, not yours. I don't know if you prefer sweet or salty.
Specialization in Education
Today, education is slowly becoming more specialized. In every subject, we can study deeply or pursue a Ph.D., unlike in the past. Do not forget to conduct some reference checks on the colleges where you are planning to enroll. If your dad has good money, then go ahead and spend it; otherwise, make a wise decision.
Regards.

I suggest you go ahead with the first one, i.e., Human Resource Management (PGDHRM), because the syllabus is more relevant to what you are currently doing.
Have other opinions too, because after finishing the course, you should not blame me for my suggestions. If you are still confused, just write down your doubts or queries on paper. Writing itself will remove half of the confusion for you.
Good luck for the future. Stay in touch.
