I have recently got shortlisted for an HR course. In interview if they ask me "why have you chosen the area of HR?", what would be the best way to answer this question. I look forward to guidance.

Hi Chaitanya, I suppose applying for the HR course was your decision, and you would be the best to answer it. When you choose your career, you should know the reason for choosing it among all the others because only then will you be satisfied with what you have achieved.
Self-Analysis for Career Choice
First of all, analyze yourself: your personality, your attitude towards life, your strengths, and weaknesses. Try to understand whether you would really be happy playing the role of an HR professional (for which you need to know the role of an HR professional), or if you are more satisfied doing something else.
The question that you have asked is a very personalized one and will differ from person to person. You may find the answer to the question on this site or Google, but until you believe it or feel it, it wouldn't be an answer worth saying.
