Hi guys, In our company, one employee has just joined and within one month, he has taken too many leaves, that too uninformed ones. Despite several verbal and written (via mail) warnings given, there is no improvement seen. Management has decided to terminate him without clearing the F&F settlement, since he has not completed the probation period and is not a culture fit.

Drafting a Termination Letter

Can anyone help me in drafting a termination letter related to irregular uninformed attendance and the absence of F&F settlement due to a casual approach, as we have a six-month probationary period as well?

hi, we can not terminate any employee without giving notice. if he can not improve in given tim period than we can issue Termination letter.
