Could anybody help me out by furnishing the answer to the below-mentioned question?

Question on Worker Definition Under Acts

"If a managing director who comes weekly once to the company/office, does he fall under the definition of a worker as per the Factories Act? Does he fall under the definition of a workman under the ID Act?"

Please research on this site or Google for the definition. As per the ID Act, an MD is not considered a workman. According to the Factories Act, if he has overall control of the factory, he would be an occupier and not a workman.
