As per my view, the Head of HR and HR Manager are the same. I am not aware of the position as Head-HR Manager. The HR Manager itself is the head of the department, and I don't know what you mean by this position.

Thank you for your quick reply, Mr. Jeeva. I too have the same opinion. But now I am in a position to choose between these two, which is higher and gives more value. It's confusing now. Expecting more replies, please. :)

Hi Head HR is the position and Manager HR is the designation, Head HR is highest Sudhir kumar

I second Mr. Sudhir; Head HR is the highest position as the HEAD itself represents the power and high position in the department. Secondly, an HR Manager can be called the department head if there is no higher authority defined or designated, such as the General Manager, who is of higher rank than the Manager, as we all know. However, it also depends on the authority and power provided to an HR personnel.
For example, if an HR department has a Manager (HR Manager) with higher authority and all other personnel working under him, he automatically becomes the Head of the Department. But if you want to define or designate the positions and power for two personnel, the HR Manager must come under the Head of the Department as "Head Corporate and HR."
Hierarchy:
Head HR → Manager-HR → other executives/personnel

Clarification on HR Designations
The designation "Head - HR" can refer to various senior roles such as HR Manager, Vice President, Senior Vice President, or Senior Manager. However, "Head HR Manager" is not typically recognized as a proper designation. An HR Manager can be the head of the HR department, but this is not always the case.
