You can display daily thoughts or a quote every day on the Notice Board. The holiday calendar can be obtained from Cite HR, which lists the total holidays for the year in your company as per the law. If any training is being provided to new joiners or employees, you can schedule it accordingly with suggestions from your seniors. First, familiarize yourself with your company's policies, HR, and IT policies if any exist. If there are no policies in place, then start implementing them and seek guidance from your seniors for policy implementation.

Training Calendar

You can consult your Assistant Manager (HR) or Training Manager. Request them to provide you with the training calendar. First, consult your Assistant Manager (HR). If you need to prepare it yourself, analyze how many employees (new and old) need training. Check the availability of trainers in the company and prepare accordingly.

HR/IT/Admin Policies

If you have the approved old one, paste the same. If you need to prepare it, visit citehr.

You can use your creativity for this 

Inspirational Sayings
You can use posters for this. Or, if your company allows, you can organize a small competition for making posters on inspirational sayings. Then you can display one at a time on the notice board.

Holiday Calendar
Each company has a list of holidays to be observed during the year. You can get that list from your seniors. To add some color to it, you can paste a picture of the upcoming festival along with the holiday date. For example, diyas, lights, and sweets for Diwali.

Training Calendar
You can get this from your training division. Don't forget to mention upcoming training programs so that an employee can see it at a glance. You need to update this regularly.

HR/Admin/IT Internal Policy
For this, use one policy at a time. You can seek help from your seniors for this. Summarize one policy and put it on the notice board.
