Hi! I would like to know what the major generic factors are that need to be considered while reviewing a position when it is created, say, by a new project. What would be considered from an HR perspective if it is a temporary one or when it is a permanent one. Would this come under recruitment or Human Resource planning?

Awaiting your valuable opinions on the same.

Hey Alisa,

I saw your post. Did you mean job analysis when you said "major generic factors that need to be considered while reviewing a position"?

If yes, please find the attached document for the job analysis. This will help analyze a new employee at the time of recruitment. The same document can also be used for an existing employee after making some modifications according to business practices and considering the organizational competency.

Please let me know if you need anything else as well.

Regards,
Sarang

Hi Sarang,

I want the attached document for the job analysis that you had sent to Alisha. If you can also help me with some good information on PMS to include in my project report, it would be really helpful.

Thank you.
