I was informed by HR of one reputed company (Acc**) that one of my companies is on their no-hire list, so they won't offer me. My first company is fake. Now, what is this "do not hire" list, and is this list shared with other companies? How will it affect my prospects in other companies? Even if I remove my first company, will everything be fine or not? Can I reapply, etc.? Thanks.
