Eligibility of Managers for Labor Court

My designation was Agency Manager in a private life insurance company in India. In my job profile, my duties included handling commission-based agents. The company terminated my service due to forging customer signatures on documents. I want to know if a manager can go to the labor court under the workman category or not.

Firstly, you were terminated on the grounds of forgery. Whether it's true or not, it raises questions about your integrity. Please think twice. Secondly, you have the capability to find a new job better than your ex-employer. Go ahead and look for better prospects in terms of package and job profile. As for your question about whether a manager can file a complaint against the employer, I am not sure. I am also looking for an answer to this question raised by you. Thanks for initiating this new topic.
