Dear Members, I am working as a manager in one of the leading SME finance companies, handling a team of relationship managers and sales officers.

Request for Performance Enhancement Program Letter Format

Can anybody please suggest the format of the letter that is used to communicate the Performance Enhancement Program (PEP) for the team members who are not performing up to their targets, despite all possible support and methods being implemented to increase performance?

To elaborate further, I require a letter that communicates to the team members that despite the extended support from management and immediate supervisors, they have continuously been underperforming against the sales targets assigned. Therefore, we need to set deadlines to achieve the shortfallen targets and get back on track. Otherwise, the company may need to take strict measures, including the possibility of separation.
