Hi, I want to celebrate Family Day in my office. I am aware of what it is but am not sure how to start with it. Do I have to arrange only refreshments for the employees and their families, so they can come and meet the families of other employees? Or should I just arrange a sort of Family Dance Party? Please suggest.

Good idea! Start with an introduction about the event, then have a small icebreaker session. Following that, discuss topics on family balance and the issues that employees' families are facing. This can help you understand the employees to some extent. Afterward, organize small games involving employees' families. While not everyone may participate in dancing, ensure to arrange some good food. I am unsure to what extent this will help you.
